About the Conference
Welcome to the official website of the National Conference on National Conference on Recent Advances in Science and Technology (NCRAST 2019). The conference will be held during May 15 - 17, 2019. The main purpose of the NCRAST 2019 is to bring together the academics and industrial experts in the field of Science, Engineering and Technology to a common forum.
The NCRAST 2019 addresses the rapid strides and technological advancements currently witnessed in the fields of Science, Engineering and Technology. The conference aspires to exhibit the technical excellence of budding technocrats, research scholars, representatives from the academia and industry. This conference aims to bring together the best of globally renewed research professionals.Intended Attendee
The conference is open to students, researchers, faculty members, scientists and industrial experts in the field of Science and Technology.
Travel and Accommodation
- The participants will not be paid any TA/DA. Travel and accommodation will be provided to the invited speaker only. However, registered delegates coming from different parts of India can avail shared accommodation facility included as a part of registration package. The delegates are required to submit a request for lodging arrangements during the registration procedure. Delegates are however free to make their own arrangement for accommodation at their own cost.
Call for Paper
On the basis of recommendation of Board of Reviewers, the papers presented at NCRAST 2019 will be published in UGC approved journals or in the form of book. The authors need to submit the full paper in MS-Word format for publication. The authors need to send the menuscript in MS word format latest by June 15, 2019 to the email: ncrast2019.astu@gmail.com . The guidelines to prepare the papers or book chapter will be notified later.

Prize/Award
The three best poster awardees will get award certificates along with prize money. The oral presenters may also participate in poster competition with separate poster.

Registration Details
Registration is mandatory for all participants. The registration fee includes conference Kit, all Conference meals and refreshments, Participation in welcome & closing ceremony, Participation in scientific presentation and entry to all lecture hall.

About the University
Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) is the premier technical university in the North Eastern Region, established on 4th January, 2010. The aim of ASTU is to bring all the existing engineering colleges/institutions of Assam on to one platform and introduction of UG/PG Courses in identified thrust areas. The course curriculum has been designed at par with some of the prestigious universities of National and International repute. The university is aiming to establish and provide a central research platform to the faculty and researchers of the region to carry out different innovative research activities in the field of science and technology
Location
The university is located at Tetelia Road, Near Assam Engineering College, Jalukbari, Guwahati, Assam 781013. The University is located in a naturally beautifully location at the bank of Deepor Beel (26.1407° N, 91.6673° E) which is a permanent freshwater lake, in a former channel of the Brahmaputra River, to the south of the main river. Deepor Beel Bird Sanctuary covering an area of 414 ha within the larger spread of the beel to shelter several species of birds has been created by the Department of Forests, Assam. The distance of the university from LGB International Airport, Guwahati is around 15.0 km and from Guwahati railway station is around 12.0 km.Themes
